I too noticed that all daily activities for the SAHM were that 9:30-11:30 time slot (time enough to get them home for lunch and nap) and very little happened in the after nap hours (presumably because everyone has older children coming home from school.<br />I say start your own playgroup, story time at the library. Check with them, I bet they would love a creative woman like yourself offering an afternoon class for kids.
